Spices, air fryers, shampoo/soap, paper products & more (check-in before you shop!). Outdoor grill, 3 stocked coffee (K-cup) + Tea stations, private pool + huge firepit, board games, puzzles, plenty of parking. Entrance to neighborhood has city library. We wash ALL linens (yes, blankets + comforters too) after EVERY stay, NO exceptions!

Everything you need
The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to make the stay easy. We were in town for a family wedding so we had kids, parents and grandparents all under one roof. Very spacious lay out and accommodating experience from communications about check in and check out to finding what we needed in the home. Highly recommend and would be sure to visit again!

The accommodations for the listing were perfect for a group of 8 guys. Convenient location to downtown Greenville and the pool was perfect for afternoon relaxing. Would also be a great property for families with the ability to host children.

multi-family, close to Furman
My extended family & I stayed here for an event at Furman University. The property is only 10 minutes from Furman, so that was great. What really impressed us was how thoughtfully furnished this home is. The owners didn’t just get a few kitchen things at a thrift store. We were really able to do some cooking and baking together. There were separate towels for the pool. There were tea bags as well as coffee available. There was enough off-street parking for a house that can sleep this many people. We were very impressed.
