They couldn't find my reservation because expedia took my money but nev we made the reservation. Spent a stressful hour on the phone with expedia who aknowledged that they screwed up and would make it right, then I was charged an additional 75 some odd dollars more...I will be calling to get my origional money back $104

My stay for my first visit was an excellent experience there was peace and quiet the rooms were clean and it was accessible to all businesses there was a gym and laundry room which was useful. It was a good visit.

Not giving full stars only because of door. Everything was great except the door to room was warped which let air in. We didn’t notice until after it got dark and we could see light coming in. The temp outside was comfortable so no issue but in winter it could be. Only complaint with experience.

This hotel was extremely clean and had super convenient technology upgrades like usb ports in the lamps and nightstands that actually worked and a really cool led vanity mirror

They didn’t have the room that we reserved and said they were full other than a different type of room that didn’t our needs. It was late and we had no choice but to stay in the room. The front desk was rude and unapologetic, blaming Expedia for the problem. The next morning, the coffee at breakfast down stairs went work, both bathrooms were out of order, and it is obvious the lack of care in the management of the facility. Do not stay there. We saw many upset guests complaining about how things don’t work.

Gave us a room that someone was already in and it was midnight. Glad I didn't get shot when I opened the door. Front desk was very unprofessional about it. Just acted mad that someone was already in the room. Terrible experience with my family.
