Perfect location/ Great apartment for a couple.
For us, this was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. It was like a very large hotel room, complete with living room/bedroom combo, full kitchen, and washer-dryer. The access was easy (just keep the door codes handy), and the location was perfect, a half block to downtown, two blocks to the Peace Center, one block from the river walk, and one block from the bike rental and car garage. The apartment is on a busy road and on the second floor so bring ear plugs if this bothers you. Owner was very responsive, and everything worked great. No issues, fantastic VRBO experience, highly recommend.

Totally blown away by how charming this little town is! The main st is wonderful and easy to navigate. You will not be disappointed stay here its in a perfect location for anything you want to do walking distance to all you need for a great stay!

Perfection!
This condo was beyond perfect for our first time visit to Greenville! The condo is located in the heart of the downtown area. We walked everywhere! To various dinners and places to grab cocktails, to the falls and hiking trails! The condo was super clean and had every amenity you could ask for AND MORE! Amy went over and beyond in assisting us with our stay. She was communicative, provided tons of suggestions of what to do and where to eat and she had a quick response time; I couldn’t have asked for her to be more helpful!! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you to Amy for an amazing trip and for allowing us the opportunity to fall in love with Greenville!

Wonderful Possibilities
The location of this VRBO was great, public parking garage next door was great…felt safe in the area. Unfortunately this lovely little GEM needs some sprucing up… Living Room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. After enjoying all day out and about; it would be nice to settle in a comfortable couch and chair!!!….putting a mattress topper on the bed does not make it more comfortable. I hope the owner comes to appreciate the great possibilities for this Loft and makes it into some place truly “special”

Another Great Stay In Greenville
This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.
