"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

"If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, spacious place that will fit the size of your large family/group, this is definitely a must! We needed the cabin and the cottage for our family weekend and it worked out perfect. Both are well kept and have all the amenities you need. Very clean and owners were accommodating and quick to respond to questions leading up to our stay. Highly recommend and we plan to visit again during warmer months so we can enjoy activities outside. "Everything was great, bed we used was super comfortable and everything we needed was perfect. There was a few kitchen utensils that were dirty, and there was a a weird abundance of fitted sheets...The place was perfect for our needs though! We will be coming back for an annual visit to Indy and will most likely use this house again if available. The host responded quickly to all of my questions and was very accommodating to a few specific requests. Overall a great stay!"

"My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!"

"The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought "
