"We have family in Tyler but we didn't want to stay with them because of a family emergency. We booked this home and was able to enter the next day. It met all our needs and was close to our family. The host, Carmen was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She was accommodating and compassionate. It was a real pleasure working with her. We used the home to sleep, shower, and made a meal or two. It was perfect for our needs. "
