"Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision...

"We had a super time, despite the weather being a little chilly. House was comfortable with nice deck and great view and very quiet. Were games, chairs and snorkeling gear. Not much of a yard for kids to run around if you have them, though we did not see many yards available. Beaches we saw were stunning. Definitely need a car with 4 wheel drive and with decent clearance. Some of beaches are hard to get to. Recommend you stock up on groceries near airport in North before heading south. Do not...

"Originally we thought the location was a lot farther than it actually was, it ended up being so close to everything and so easy to get every where. The property manager also owns a golf cart company so we had that waiting for us at the house when we got there. Everything about our stay "

We cooked at home some nights and found everything that we needed in the house (pots, pans, utensils, oil, some spices). The golf cart being included in the rental was a game changer. April arranged our transport to and from the airport and was available for questions and booking different things we wanted to do. "My goodness, where to start... Location: Its literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! You can hear the waves from the living room! I loved having two options of where to park. Host Thea was just downstairs and able to come up in no time flat to resolve a small query. Even though she is so close, the rental space was very quiet and felt very private. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the simplicity and quietness of this stay. Everyone we came into contact with while out and about we so friendly and accommodating. "Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing! We can’t wait to return next year!"

Nice place to get away

"A coworker and I stayed at Daddy Joe’s on a work trip. We had a really good experience and would recommend it. The building is old but updated. Rooms are really nice with WiFi, streaming tvs, good air conditioning, refrigerators, and other amenities. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. The restaurant has excellent food and good prices. Breakfast is available, but you have to order the previous day. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a stereotypical beach resort, this isn’t it. It’s a relatively small facility with no pool. There is access to a beautiful beach a short (1/4 mile) walk or drive across the street. I’ve had longer walks to the beach at large resorts. Daddy Joe’s is about a mile from the glass window bridge and even closer to the Queen’s Baths, but I’d recommend a rental car to see the island and explore. This is a great place to get away and relax. "

No consistent business hours. While there, we tried 3 different restaurants for dinner. None of them were open on Saturday night. Ultimately ended up back at the cottage to cook dinner. So just make sure you have enough food for when plans A-C fail."
