High-quality vacation apartment right on the water with balcony

Beautiful spacious and newly equipped apartment (100 m²) located directly on the marina in the gorgeous fishing village Wieck / Greifswald and waiting for you to unwind your soul.   In the apartment you will find free Wi-Fi !!! Two free parking spaces can be used, bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. The sheltered and unique in Europe Wiecker bascule bridge is right on the doorstep, the Boddenbad can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. Within 1 to 3 minutes on foot you will find several great restaurants.  

At the Wiecker harbor:
The apartment with a size of 100 m² can be used by 6 persons and is rented all year round. The four rooms have a kitchen with dishwasher, dining / living area, high chair, shower / WC, satellite TV, furnished balcony, parking directly at the house, storage room and bicycle shed. Bed linen and towels can be booked before arrival at the landlord. Free Wi-Fi. Non smoking We look forward to your visit.

Achtung Betrüger!!!Alles völlig verdreckt!!!
Objekt war völlig verdreckt, absolut ekelhaft!!! Es war so schlimm das wir uns ein Hotelzimmer nehmen mussten, weil es unzumutbar war in so einer schäbigen Unterkunft zu wohnen. Als wir der Vermieter endlich erreicht hatten um den Sachverhalt zu klären wurden wir beschimpft und zum Schluss sogar noch bedroht, das wir keine Schlechte Bewertung abgeben sollen sonst „besucht“ er uns am unserem Wohnort.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist gut (bei 6 Personen-Belegung wäre ein Gäste-WC schön). In der Nähe gibt es diverse gute Lokale. Wir empfehlen das Objekt weiter.

Super Lage - direrkt an der Wiecker Klappbrücke
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist absolut genial. Direkt an der Wiecker Klappbrücke gelegen, ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Brücke, der Hafen, der Strand sowie Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsgeschäfte. Das ist super. Radtouren ab Wieck sind sowohl der Ostsee entlang möglich als auch Richtung Greifswald und weiter. Die Vermieter sind supernett und absolut hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Grandiose Lage direkt am Hafen
Sehr schöne, helle Ferienwohnung, traumhaft gelegen am Wiecker Hafen. Die Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Greifswald ist 200 Meter entfernt. Für Läufer gibt es eine wunderbare Strecke am Fluss. Auch ist ein sehr, sehr guter Bäcker fußläufig. Die Betten waren bequem. Rührgerät und Kochzubehör ggf. selbst mitbringen (zum gepflegten Kochen fehlt Einiges) oder gleich auf die leckeren Fischbrötchen vor Ort umsteigen. Wir haben eine Fuß- und eine Badematte vermisst. Auch die Steckdosen sind knapp bemessen. Vermieter (nett!) half mit Verlängerungskabel aus. Die Badewanne war nicht benutzbar (Ablauf ohne Funktion). Der DVD-Player war defekt. Die Eigentümer kündigten vertrauensvoll Abhilfe an. Keine vorbereitete Mülltrennung (nur ein Eimer), sehr hoher, unbeleuchteter Badezimmerspiegel (nichts für Menschen unter 1,60 m). Dennoch ist das Objekt ausgesprochen empfehlenswert. Dort wäre es sogar bei klirrender Kälte kuschelig. Anmutung also insgesamt topp. Lage 1a!

Ruhige große Wohnung an der Ostsee
Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie 7 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl sie direkt am Wiecker Hafen liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man das Strandbad und auch einen Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Direkt in Wieck gibt es verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants. Wir haben uns in Wieck Fahrräder und auch ein Kanu geliehen. Man kann schöne Touren machen. Nach Greifswald ist es auch mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit, aber auch Rügen, Usedom und Stralsund sind für Ausflüge mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung und den Ort nur empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen Wohnung. Die Lage geht nicht besser, vom Balkon aus kann man die wartenden Boote vor der Klappbrücke beobachten, die besten kinderfreundlichen Lokale und der Spielplatz sind gleich nebenan. Gute Grundausstattung, Fahrrad- und Autostellplatz sind direkt vor der Tür.

Schönes Ambiente in kleinem, ruhigen, sehenswerten Örtchen
Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Unterkunft und die freundl. Vermittlung. Eldena/Wieck ist ein sehr schöner Flecken Erde mit sehr guter Gastronomie und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vorallem mit dem Fahrrad können jung und alt die Gegend erkunden.Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von uns. Herrlich gelegen die Wohnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber(auch bei vorangegangenen Telefonaten) erwarteten uns. Der vorhandene Stellplatz für das Automobil ist im mit Parkplätzen nicht gerade gesegneten Wieck sehr vorteilhaft. Wir waren gewiß nicht das letzte Mal hier. Ein Dankeschön unseren Gastgebern.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem sehr netten Vermieter, der sich auch die kleinen Verbesserungsvorschläge gerne angehört hat. Die An- und Abfahrt ist allerdings wegen der Brücke nur für Einheimische für uns nicht ideal gewesen.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und befindet sich nur einen Steinwurf von der Klappbrücke entfernt. Das Bad ist sehr schön aufgebaut und die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten. Nur die recht steilen Treppen benötigen ein waches Auge für mitreisende kleine Kinder. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.
