"Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein Lüftungsgitter am Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschädigt. Da wir länger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. Auch sagte man mir das der ausgeliehene Grill noch offen sei. Auch dies stimmte nicht. Denn der Grill wurde bezahlt und die Kaution zurück...

"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."
