"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. "Our stay was great! Easily located right next to old town and the train station. The manager was super nice and we had everything we needed for our stay access was a breeze. The property was very nicely decorated and the coffee was delicious."
