I would have given it 5 stars, but I spent hour researching a hotel with a hot tub for us, we had a very long drive before checking in, and needed the therapy, but when we got there, found out it had been REMOVED. The heated pool was COLD and they didn’t alter the web description. Deceiving. The bed was very comfy, though, restaurant made great food and all in all it really was a lovely hotel. A little noisy with the bar open and sound traveling up the center corridor, but we were tired and and had a good night sleep. Thought the breakfast bar was complimentary, but at $14/ person, we went elsewhere. Just felt they could have been more transparent in hotel description. Very clean

The young lady at the reservation desk stayed on her phone (her cell phone), and acted irritated when I asked for assistance. I requested assistance in my room because something kept beeping and because the window shades wouldn’t go down. After three requests and no one showing up, I gave up and left the property.

The hotel cleaning staff did not speak english, ask for fresh towels several time and the cleaning lady just stared and smiled?? I had to ask front desk. The carpet in my room was dirty and felt damp! The smoke alarm went off several times during my stay late night, very annoying !! The restaurant had many issues with supplies, claims dishwasher broken, so served meals in plastic-ware, no lettuce or bottled water (truck didnt deliver) no receipt copy, the printer broken!!

Glitch at check in, but a great hotel stay!!
The hotel was great. However there was a problem with check in. They never received the reservation from hotels.com I was online with your rep Kevin and he was very helpful and did all he could to try to help. However we could not resolve the issue and he had to refund my reservation and I had to book directly with hotel at a slightly higher cost. They just so happen to have another room available thankfully. Again your rep was great and the Holiday Inn receptionist Liz was great as well. It was just one of those things. It was a good Hotel stay.
