"Hotel Roma is a grand old hotel. The thermal pools and spa staff were excellent. The hotel offers full board/half board - did offer choice on daily menus. Shopping near by the hotel. Parking in back. It is a bit dated but part of its 1920's charm. Pillows could be replaced (too flat) and gluten free diet mostly accommodated but an offer of bread/crackers would be appreciated. "

The manager offered to move us to a better room with another tub, however the jets on that tub were also caked with mold.
