"If you are going to be late, let he know. We made a mistake and it caused a bit of a problem. The reception was attentive and friendly. gave information about the city. Ze had meer interesse in haar telefoon dan in haar werk. Liep ook in haar jas te werken. Jammer dat een medewerkster het verpest voor je verblijf. Verder was het prima.
