"Very outdated rooms, and there was an extremely loud concert directly under the building until 11pm so was difficult to get proper rest. Rusty hairdryer and bathroom appliances, desk chair had stains. The "bed" was two small beds put together so was not comfortable to sleep. "Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. "The Residence Carera was a great location. Super close to the harbor and many restaurants. The apartment was adequate. We happened to be there during their St. Euphemia Festival, which meant loud concerts from Friday through Sunday, but when the windows were closed, it kept most of the sound out. The music was good, too! The only issue is no black-out curtains, so bring a sleeping mask."
