The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater. "A lovely warm greeting from the team as we checked in. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was so quiet. We had the meal deal and the quality and amount for what you pay is excellent! I stayed here for a night with my daughter whilst work was being done on the house and we only live 10 mins away. If we lived further afield then Id definitely use this hotel again. For a low budget hotel, its amazing! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I cant rate it highly...

"When we arrived we were greeted as we parked up and our bags were taken to our room which was on the 2nd floor. The room was clean and fresh. We were given a time for breakfast with a variety of options. Food was delicious, hot and well presented. The owners were always available until 7pm and very helpful about where to go if eating out or wanting entertainment. We would definately recommend and stay again however as sisters in our 70's we would ask for a room on the lower floor."

"Best part was the comfy bed, 🙂 had a good nights sleep. Worse part was the state of the bathroom and bedroom. Needs plenty of TLC in fact it all does. Hotel advertising bar but it was closed on arrival at 2.30pm and after going out to explore Southport, the hotel was in darkness at 9.30pm so no night cap then 😔 but for the price, we got what we paid for "
