The staff was really kind courteous and professional. The rooms were nice and clean and the pool and hot tub were also very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The toiletries were not fully stocked. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo, there were 2 of us. Also ran out of toilet paper😬 Aside from that great visit.

It was a bit noisy from other guests and the bathtub was kinda dingy. Other than that, the beds were comfortable but the room was very small, especially for over 200$’s for 1 night. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The property was extremely dirty. There was a trash bag over the smoke alarm from a previous guest, there was dog fur and dirt stains on the bedding and the entire property was covered in cobwebs

This hotel, a stone's throw from I-395, is a perfect fit for families,couples, and singles. Fast friendly check-in by a smiling staff eager to answer any questions. A great lobby area with a huge stone fireplace decorated beautifully for Christmas that is overlooked by a second floor balcony. A wonderful full hot breakfast fussed over by the attentive staff eager to please. The beautiful pool area is right off the lobby and great for kids. Don't miss this one. It is worth going out of your way to go there. This is my second trip there for Christmas.

Everyone in the staff we talked to was very nice and helpful. Parking was good. I felt like the cleaning was not good. There was a hair near the suitcase rake in our room and the stairs did not get vacuumed the whole time we were there. But overall we enjoyed our visit.

General Manager, Debbie was very caring and wanting to make sure we had what we needed. Pool and hot tub open until midnight, which was nice to go sit in relax in after dinner.
