"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"We have to open the window because room got very hot, just to find out there was a stair outside the window were anyone can get inside our room in the middle of the night, also room was very basic, old tv, carpet and nothing else.
