The property was beautiful! The butler’s were amazing and took care of us from the time we arrived to the minute we left. I must say, they are severely understaffed. There was a long wait to check in as well as at the restaurants

I love the property and all the amenities. I just don’t like the outlets in the room. There is only 1 115volt plug in the room. You’ll have to ask for plug adapter at the front desk.

Elevator under renovations and ac was not working. We weren’t even offered to be accommodated and had to walk the stairs to the floor floor just to get to my room where it still was not cool staff and service was amazing food great. But need to figure out how to accommodate when inconveniencing your guests especially when it was my birthday.

I do not feel confident in recommending this hotel to other people. While property maintenance is outstanding. The hotel fell short in several other aspects including dinning experience, drink availability, customer service and hotel room essentials.

Okay, I’m not sure where to start. I came for my birthday and it was nightmare. You’re never able to book dinner at the restaurant because it’s always booked or full. They always run out of towels. No one came to my room for days. They would stop and give towels if I asked but they never came to clean, get food from the night before or anything. I won’t be back.
