The modern building complex is in Alberese, opposite the entrance to the visitor centre of the nature reserve “Parco Regionale della Maremma”. Here there is also the start of a cycle path that leads to the seaside. In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beach 7km away.

The holiday apartments have elegant interiors and provide every comfort and convenience: air conditioning, heating, a TV, a garden and a terrace with a table for dining outdoors, a roof terrace, a private car parking space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment, tableware and cookware, a weekly change of bed linen, fresh hand towels and table linen every three days.

Guests at the holiday apartments can also use the services of the agriturismo about 2.5km away, which has an information office that can help with planning day trips and other holiday activities. The house is located in a Residence in Alberese (Grosseto) in Tuscany in the Maremma Natural Park

This is a light and spacious two-room apartment. The living space of around 60m² is spread over two floors, the ground floor and a basement. It has a three.bed room (a double bed and a single supplementary bed), a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer, a big living and dining room with a double sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with tableware and cookware, a fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a laundry room for hanging up laundry. The apartment also provides independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, and fly screens in the windows.

In the outdoor area there is a little furnished veranda with lighting, looking out over the green interior courtyard. It is an ideal place to relax or to dine outdoors. A car parking space is also provided.

Free for everyone: 1 EASY TICKET card for 30% discounts on all recreational and excursion activities within the Maremma Park. 1 ticket per day for a discount on the hourly rate for paid parking at the Parco beach.
