I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. "We arrived at 5:10 pm and no one was there. To get in we had to turn on our international phone service and spend $12 to make one call. An email had been sent while we were on the road, too late to be of any use. No elevator. Pillows were horrible. The room was soundproof so it was very quiet and we appreciated that.
