The rooms are okay, they seem to be relatively clean. The problem is the property itself appears to be falling apart. The entire place (with the exception of the rooms) reeks of cigarettes and the walls are thin, so you hear just about everything if you have a neighbor. The elevators are in terrible shape, and the pool area just looks gross. The TV gets a decent amount of channels, and the bathroom gets hot water.

This place is absolutely DISCUSTING and it smells. I felt very unsafe there-slept with the chair underneath the doorknob.
