"It's amazing how only two people (husband and wife - they run this place) can make you feel welcome and like you come to the house of loving friends or relatives! They greet us with the smile, showed to our rooms and offered us dinner even it was 10 pm. When was last time you had such a service!?? "An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. "

"Renovated old hotel, nicely done. Adjacent old town. Excellent location! Friendly and helpful check-in person. Our room, #115, was tastefully furnished and clean. (zero art, but not missed). Radiator heat, safe, refrigerator , too small area for toiletries for two, and a shower-bath in desperate need of a grab bar before someone gets hurt. Comfortable bed. Pretty good breakfast which we had once of the three mornings we were there. Parking lot, free overnight, is directly in front of hotel."
