"The room was fantastic. Lots of space to tuck away ski equipment and luggage. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. The Christmas decor was beautiful and there are spaces to sit around the fire and play games. The only downfall was the hot tub. The first night it was lukewarm. There’s so much chlorine in it that it changed the colour of my bath suit from teal to gray and we had to leave quickly because our eyes were burning. I would most definitely stay here again!"

"Very comfortable and accommodating staff. It was a basic hotel with a good view of the mountains. Coffee was available in the morning but not breakfast. We only stayed one night so we didn't need a cleaning service, but I was surprised that if a person should stay longer, cleaning service is required at an additional charge. I believe this should be included. Good location and within walking distance to down town."

"Check in was super easy and the hotel has automated alerts to keep you informed. Parking spots match your room number so super easy. We were 207 which the door faces the middle of then chalets. View is great on both sides but the front is the street. Minimal noise if any with the windows closed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Hot tub has a small heated change room but can get quite wet. Lots of spa towels in the bin when we went there, which is what most hotels struggle...
