The property was exactly as described, very easy access to the dock, great location on the lake for boating, close, but not too close to town, very friendly neighborhood, quiet evenings sitting by the fire roasting s’mores with the kids. We are already planning our next stay.. thank you for the great hospitality!

Really convenient to Mid-America Outdoors
We had an excellent stay here. Not even 15 minutes after arrival, there were deer grazing in the yard. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Most of our group utilized the swim dock and enjoyed the lake. The home had plenty of room for everyone and we were all comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. The main purpose of our trip was to take the boys to Lifted Truck Nationals and this property is just a short drive to Mid-America Outdoors. Super convenient to anything else you might need: gas, groceries , etc. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Lake house had everything we needed. Well furnished and very comfortable. Our entire family went from 2 months old to 26years old on children and everyone had a great time. The kids loved jumping off the dock.

We had a fabulous stay. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. The location on the lake is great. We loved going to lunch & dinner at the restaurants at the Shangri-La Resort, just a quick boat ride from the house. The owners are super responsive and very gracious hosts. We look forward to another visit!

Wonderful Family Vaca!
Our family of 10 stayed at the Courthouse Hollow Cottage for 6 days. We had an amazing time! The cottage is exactly what the pictures portray. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. The area/neighborhood was very quiet and felt like home, so we spent most mornings and evenings on the patio and deck. The access to the private boat ramp was just across the street. We spent a lot of time lakeside on the private dock. The cove which the dock was located was very calm and there wasn't a lot of traffic. Curtis was a great host! He was always a text or phone call away if we needed anything! We can't wait to go back!!

The property is at a perfect location on the lake. Swim dock / boat slip / ramp was perfect for our family and friends and fit our boat great. It’s back in a quiet cove even tho it was Labor Day weekend. Easy to get to all the good spots on the lake. We had a great short trip.

70th Birthday Celebration
Curtis was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a family reunion to celebrate my Uncle’s 70th Birthday. We all grew up on Grand Lake, but haven’t been able to go back for a long time because life is hard sometimes. However, it was so nice to have this weekend to reminisce as well as make new memories. The beds were comfortable. The layout provided space for a couple of blow up beds. The patio was super nice. But the best part was the dock and the toy rentals. We all had so much fun. I would advise that if you have a golf cart, bring it, it will make getting from the house to the dock much easier.
