"Just stayed there overnight but the hotel and location left such a positive impression in this brief time that it warrants a big thumbs-up from us (family of 4 dog). Modern amenities, very friendly staff (both reception and breakfast personnel), and such a relaxing location right at the marina and near the beach (suitable for dogs). Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a few days at Travermünde, which is a beautiful spot worth visiting!"

"My mother and I stayed at this hotel when visiting the area for my uncles funeral. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and allocated us the most comfortable room with the best view of the promenade and the boats passing. The decor was nice, and the room was a decent size with a nice seating area to enjoy the view. The location was fantastic for local shops and restaurants. There were two choices for breakfast, served from 7-12. Upstairs in the garden room and then downstairs in Jo’s....

"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"A good location with easy access to the beach. The apartment was a good size with a nice kitchen setup. The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. "The staff were extremely helpful and engaging at all times. The so-called gym is a room with four pieces of equipment and limited dumbbells (max weight 10 kg). There is no spa as advertised but the saunas and steam plus rest area were excellent. It's a pity that there is no outdoor seating other than a noisy smoking area."

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "
