Chalet on stilts with a large terrace of 20m2 (table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol). Upstairs, living room-kitchen (satellite TV, WiFi, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed, bedroom-cabin with two bunk beds, mezzanine with an extra bed for two people, bathroom (hairdryer, washing machine). On the ground floor there is a closed shelter for bicycles or other sports equipment. All shops and beach restaurants nearby. Beach and water sports centre 150m away. Bicycle path at 150m.
Authentic wooden chalet on stilts with shutters closed in the old-fashioned way, keeping the spirit of the famous film 37°2.
All taxes are included in the price.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Sheets can be rented. (10€ per bed)
Cleaning on departure obligatory (45 €) for rentals with animals.

Charming chalet
Really well equipped and stylish - a delight! Had everything you need. Ideal for 2 plus youngsters. Takes 6 but would be a squeeze. Host was really good and welcomed us to the property. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in the Chalet village of Gruissan Plage. The Chalet was perfect, everything was functioning well and we felt very much welcomed by our host Pierre upon our arrival.The location is set perfectly. Beach, supermarket, bars and restaurant are in short walking distance.The region itself gives a lot of opportunities for excursions. Plan to come again..

Das Haus ist einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Einer der Fensterläden hat sich sofort beim öffnen des Fernsters gelöst und ist herunter gefallen.

Wunderbares Chalet
Tolles Chalet in bester Lage. Alles da an Austattung, was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne Terasse mit seitlichem Meerblick. Ca 200 Meter zum Strand. Restaurant und Beachbar auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren schon öfters in Gruissan Plage, haben aber nach einem kleineren Chalet gesucht, da wir inzwischen ohne Kinder unterwegs sind und keine drei großen Schalfzimmer mehr benötigen. Dieses Chalet passte perfekt, würde aber auch gut mit Kindern gehen. Unser Sohn hätte das 'Piratenest' absolut geliebt. Das Kinderzimmer mit Stockbetten ist ebenfalls praktisch. Fazit: Ein schönes Chalet mit genau dem Charme, den wir schätzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé a 5 un superne sejour! Le chalet typique est très cosy et super joli ( mieux que sur leq photos!). Le chalet est très bien situé et egalement très bien équipé il ne manque rien! Le propriétaire est adorable et a l'écoute, j'ai bcp apprécié la facilite de communication mais également d'accès au logement sans contrainte! Pierre fait confiance et c'est appréciable ! Enfin le cadre avec la mer a 2 pas du chalet est superbe! Nous reviendrons a coup sur pour la quietude qui y règne! Merci!

Gruissan, notre petit coin de paradis.
Marcher dans le sable au lever du soleil sur la plage, les chalets, les cerfs volants, et dégustation d'un bon vin et de poisson frais à l'Estagnol. Encore de beaux souvenirs.
