Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. I think it’s been newly renovated as everything seems new and in great condition "

"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"Apartments were nice, clean, well maintained in a convenient location away from the busy downtown core. Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day). Also beware the very poor...

"Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen haben wir eine mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab vor Ort einige Mängel. Der Duschschlauch war kaputt. Er wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Der Wasserzähler ratterte ziemlich laut, sobald einer der 3 Wohnparteien Wasser benutzte. Der Holzbalkon hatte einige Latten, die stark verwittert waren (Holz ist am Rand durchgegammelt). Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon etwas Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es waren aber z. B....

"Unsere drei Kinder und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Es bestand ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und sehr zum Wohlfüllen eingerichtet. Das Außengrundstück samt Pool ist traumhaft schön!"

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist auch perfekt. Ich schätze mindestens DSL 50 steckt dahinter. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. Man muss auf der Straße parken und sich da den Platz mit anderen teilen bzw. hoffen, seinen Platz zu bekommen....

"The hotel is nice and clean. We booked a three person room but ended up with only two beds made up. Had to wait for the third bed late at night which was inconvenient and inappropriate. Requested at the reception for room cleaning on the second day but none happened. The internal arrangement of the hotel was no good. Room was of fair size. But there was no desk, not even a small coffee table. No where to put any stuff except the thin wall shelf which contains the TV. There was a swing...

"Great hotel and very helpful staff. Clean and at a walkable distance from the center. Confortable. My wife and I stayed two nights and walked to the center every day. Just a hint, not related to the hotel, don't use Uber, use taxis, the Uber drivers will accept your request and then message you that they have another customer and they will be 30 min late, or they will just pick someone else and leave you waiting!! I waited for 30min, asking uber to find another driver, and all uber drivers did the same. So use taxis, they are metered and friendly."

"What a fantastic hotel, just lovely. I enjoyed my stay. The room was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. They have a great breakfast buffet. The location was good, right near the Mirabell gardens, and not far from other sites. I would absolutely stay here again if I get back to Salzburg. "

"This hotel is great choice if you are looking to be in a walkable area. The Sound of Music tour is a 3 min walk away and the old town is about 6 or 7 minutes. The room was clean but a little spartan. The staff are great. Breakfast was a little expensive. We ended up eating at a great takeout place across the street where you can get good coffee, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and sandwiches. "
