Colle in Ceralto is family-run, family-owned, and family-loved. We have lived in Umbria for over 200 years and are delighted to share the beauty of the region with our guest. Colle in Ceralto is just outside of a small medieval town from which it draws its name. Located at the top of a hill, it is surrounded by lush, untouched countryside where thick forests of oaks and groves of olive trees thrive as they have for centuries.
Colle in Ceralto, "Casa dei Cavalli" consists into two separate apartments, Betulla and Fiordaliso; each can accommodate four guests. Completely renovated, the villa abounds with such typical Umbrian details as stone walls, tiled roofs, and original wooden beamed ceilings. Rooms are furnished with a combination of characteristic rustic furniture and elegant upholstery. It’s an ideal pace for families with kids or a group of friends.
Fiordaliso, the apartment on the ground floor, consists of a large living room with a fireplace and access to a spacious patio, a fully-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twins), and one bath.
The apartment upstairs on the first floor, Betulla, offers a generous living area with a beautiful fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one bath. An external staircase links the apartment to a private patio on the garden level with a handsome view of the surrounding countryside.
The two apartments in Casa dei Cavalli share a swimming pool. Nearby a typical Umbrian dependence, or outbuilding, contains a ping-pong table, a wood stove for making your own bread and pizza, and a barbecue.
