"The house was spacious and slept 13 using the 2 double bunks. There is sufficient parking on site for 4-5 vehicles although no parking on the street as Rio Vista Boulevard is a major street. The house and pool area need some maintenance. The wooden deck was falling apart in sections. We were disappointed with the tv options as we couldn’t update Chromecast to login to our foxtel or Stan etc. our major problem was that with 13 adult women staying in the house there was only 1 bathroom and 1...

"We love staying here - this is our third time back! The property is always beautifully presented with thoughtful inclusions (like milk and festive biccies to go with your tea). Check-in is a breeze and Karen and Patrick are always readily available. The house is conveniently positioned and our fur kids have always been welcomed. Highly recommend!"

"Location was great, although no view it was very close to the water. Street was really quiet and very little traffic at night. Cute 2 bedder but had everything needed for a stay. Accurately described property, definitely read the entire description as there are a few stairs. Such a great host, nothing was too much trouble, really genuine communication. Hosts even allow 2 doggos and the yard was amazing for them and totally secure. "

Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok.
