The staff is excellent. Very attentive. They are helpful especially Ana. If you have questions they are exceptional. The location is perfect and if you plan to only visit Guanajuato no need for a rental as everything is walking distance from the hotel. The ambience around is perfect.

I really liked the convenience of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It’s beautiful to see everything going on in the plaza. Definitely an active, celebratory area at night. It can get a bit noisy after midnight.

The hotel itself is great, perfect location very central. my only complaint is the party every night until 4 am that does not let you sleep and the toilet not working every other flush.

Lovely hotel located literally next to the Guanajuato University. It’s at a very central location so it could be a little noisy at night. Hotel breakfast is not very good tho, we chose not to eat there on he second day.

The property was in a great location for where we were going and it was right near the church where my friend's wedding was and everyone at the property was kind and accommodating, and they did everything we asked them and didn't have any issues whatsoever.
