Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Llegamos al hotel y estaba cerrado. Al llamarles, nos dijeron que la recepción era hasta las 8 y que ya no podían recibirnos. Al decirles que en Expedia decía otra cosa, dijeron que ellos ya ni trabajan con la plataforma y que no había reservación a nuestro nombre. Nos dejaron en la calle sin hospedaje.
