Decent place but beware extra charges!!!

Fighting for the lift which takes ages to reach. Beware of extra charges such as disposable towels and bottles of water which were placed right beside 2 complimentary small bottles of water, even though we registered as 4 staying guests.

Fantastic, the best place to stay near to GZ.

the full stay was fantastic as always, we stay here every year for 7-10 days and its right in the heart of the tourist area, beiging road which is the main spot for bars restaurants shopping and much much more. I would recomend this for anyone wishing to stay in guangzhou as it offers everything you want. the aparthotel is fantastic, has fridge freezer full size, washing and drying machine. Airconditioning both upstairs in bedrooms and downstairs in lounge and dining area. Iron iron board, icrowave, dish washer. Its fantastic and just fully loaded. My whole family is accomodated when we book at this hote. The staff at the counter are very helpful and courteous.

Excellent customer service. The lift is slow during the weekends. There are 2 exits and reception is at Sotuh Exit on the first floor and not linked to the other exit on the same floor.

#1. 👎 Waiting time for the lift is far too long, it can take up to 15 mins just waiting to get into lift. The lift is also very slow moving. Once out of apartment or back, I do not look forward to go anywhere. #2. 👎 Room has terribly smoking smells coming from air con vents. No one smokes in the room but it’s just from the main vents. I couldn’t even sleep in one of those nights because it’s really bad. #3. 👎 Lights in the apartment were very dim. When we had the first room, it felt creepy and dark. After I paid s$80 and upgraded our stay to another apartment with 2 toilets, we changed to a slightly brighter room. I supposed no one complains thus no one bothers to maintain or change the conditions of the previous apartment. Terrible! #3. 👎 Bed bug or baby cockroaches were spotted 2x in 2 nights!! I hope it’s just cockroaches and not bed bugs!! The sight of it really irks me! That’s the last thing I want to bring back home! #4. 👎 Toilet kept leaking even after the cleaning lady tried fixing and informing the management. Nothing is done. #5. Though the cleaning lady comes everyday to do housekeeping, I have observed she only clears the rubbish, change the towels, replenish what she can see, cleans what she can see too. Bedsheets are not changed thru’ out our 5 nights stay! #6. 👍 Service counter staffs are really nice and helpful bunch of young people. They are warm and often extend their hospitality to make us feel safe and sure. #7. 👍 Gd Location!

Great spacious rooms

Amazing hotel with a lot of nice features, location is central and quiet. Rooms are very spacious and with good comfort. It has everything as a small flat and with mezzanine as a sleeping area. Only downside is the lift that at times take over 5 minutes to reach the floors, and the WiFi, not fast and a bit hit and miss.

Great sized rooms and great location.

This is a great play to stay. The rooms are duplexes so plenty of space and ideal for slightly longer stays. There is no bath and the bathrooms could do with a little TLC. The location is great, right next to Beijing Lu with all of its shops, restaurants and shopping mall.

Need a renovation. 6 people stayed in a suite - actually suitable for 4. Said 2 bathrooms - actually 1 bathroom in average condition and 1 wc in terrible condition. 3 towels given to our six. Not really value for the money. Avoid if you can.

spacious and fuly equimemt but when we go inside to the washroom it have very strong urine smell and the phone does not work we have to go down and ask the front desk clean the wash room all over again then the smell is gone.No curtain....

The hotel do have a drain problem. I couldn't take a shower because the water didn't drain well. In addition, I made a reservation in the cheapest room, which is toward the road, and at night I couldn't sleep well due to the noise from automobile. I also could hear the noise from next room, so I can't agree with other evaluates of this hotel. However, the room is spacious and comparatively clean. Thinking of other Hong kong hotels, it is acceptable hotel.

客房豪華整潔，服務質素很好。 美中不足的是，3房2衛的衛生間只有一個提供淋浴服務，6個人只可輪候一間浴室沖涼，相當費時； 兩個衛生間比較殘舊。

Loved my stay

The place is fabiolous and the front office staff are great and very helpful. A number of them speaks fluent English. The location is fantastic. On top the mall and easy access to the Beijing pedestrian street. Plenty of convenient stores and big super market in the same building. There was a nice Thai restaurant nearby.

Big room

If you don’t mind by the smoke smell in the room than it’s pretty good. Elevator can be slow at times. Great location cation to eat and shop. 15 mins walk to the metro. Overall good experience. Where she the hotel safe deposit was bolted to the desk or wall because you can literally pick up the deposit and walk away with it. No logic to the safe deposit.
