"Very close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Owner provides great recommendations. Wish we had more time to try it all. But it was a quick trip with a lot of excursions. Loved the jacuzzi, very relaxing. I can imagine that you can see the sunset from the ocean view side. Great to have a parking spot. There was a lot of space in the apartment. Comes with beach chairs to take to the beach. "

"Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great. "

"Over all it was an ok stay for what it was . There was no hot water and when I tried to reach someone there was no answer . The sheets were a little dirty when we arrived . The AC unit worked great and there was parking available. It was clean however not my cup of tea . I’ll rate it a 5 out of 10. "

I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. "Only good thing about the place is the spot. Shower was flooded, so the first night after a long trip and a long day, nobody took a shower, imagine how uncomfortable was that. Place has dirt from ants nest. You can probably fit 9 people on a real bad layout. But the wil charge you for the “extra guest while it says from the beginning is for 9 people. Place is dark on the back ally, watch for the floor is unlevel because of a drain, i almost twist my ancle. Security boxes are not well mantain....
