"Received a room upgrade at check in. The room is a bit old but clean and comfortable. Breakfast a little below par for 5 star hotel, but the beef soup was really good. We dined 3 times at the Shanghai Pavilion and enjoyed all the dishes. On the whole, the service in this hotel is exceptional. We had an issue with our food order at the Lounge and Ms. Ria Su resolved it very professionally."

"I like the hotel - just like the pictures: large, simple and clean room. There was also a fridge and hair dryer. Internet was good, TV had a few channel in English (BBC News, Bloomberg, DW, BBC earth, etc.). Very cute, friendly and helping staff. 80 meter away from the Train station, they are also several bus stops near by. There is also access to a free washing machine.
