"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"Had a fantastic time at Roccafiore. We were really optimistic before the trip and our time there did not disappoint. The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. We enjoyed every meal, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Would highly recommend a wine tasting as well. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. "

"A very nice place to stay in Spoleto. Very comfortable, and Anamaria was such a nice person to us. We were driving a car, so the distance to all the tourist spots and restaurants was not a problem for us. "

"The owners of the property were absolutely amazing and kind. All the employees were just as great. The home made cooking was 10/10. Highly Recommended!!!!! Beautiful country side and super close to the down town. "

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "Parking on the street was easy. Though the steep walk uphill to the hotel would be a challenge for some, we found it delightful and hotel staff informed us that they have a luggage transfer service for people who arrrive with heavy bags. Room was lovely and the ktichenette was one of the best supplied we have ever seen, including utensils, pans, and plenty of dishes."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto."

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"

"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"
