"The outside of the hotel is very nice, the inside is getting tired and the pool is covered by plastic ceiling to protect from the rain. Only 1 small aerea if you want the sun the hotel advertise providing bikes but during our 5 days there there wasn't any...always an excuse why none were available. Fatima at front desk was really trying hard to help and was the only one who spoke English. The restaurant staff was miserable which is odd as Brazilians are very smily and friendly. Room was ok but...
