O quarto não tem um frigobar. Mesmo sendo com um preço um pouco menor (econômico), poderia ter um. Também, não tem armário; apena uma prateleira. De resto, o ar-condicionado, o chuveiro e a TV, são muito bons.

Um ótimo hotel com ótimos atendentes
Ótima localização, bem próxima a praia. O quarto é bem amplo e cumpre com o que se é oferecido. Acredito que poderia ser melhor se as janelas possuírem alguma fechadura.

Primeiro, gostaria de apontar que no site, o anuncio se refere a um hotel comum. Porém, não se trata de um hotel, mas de um MOTEL. Isolado, solitário, sem nenhum serviço de hotel comum, com portaria, recepção, pessoas entrando e saindo. É tudo, em um primeiro momento, inseguro, causa medo, muito isolado. Não tem um serviço de quarto, com frigobar, ou a possibilidade de se pedir um lanche, água, bebida. Café da manhã, nem pensar. E lá é uma região que não se tem restaurante, bar, lanchonete por perto. Mas, é um lugar seguro, mas você percebe isto, só depois de muito tempo.

Eu e minha esposa tivemos uma estadia tranquila, quarto exatamente conforme as fotos, simples porém bem arrumado e limpo. O local é praticamente pé na areia. João e José sempre bem educados e atenciosos quando solicitados.

Hotel com pouquíssimo conforto e sem carinho
Equipe do hotel mal humorada. Percebe-se que não há carinho com os quartos pois não existe decoração. Nosso quarto tinha um buraco na parede do banheiro, atrás do vaso, que dava pra ver muita sujeira do outro lado. O hotel tem uma proposta de baixo custo, porém se torna caro visto que não entrega o mínimo. Outros hoteis possuem o mesmo preço e são muito mais aconchegantes.

Recomendo a suíte com ar condicionado
Foi entregue tudo conforme o contratado, quartos limpos, bem arrumados e com ventilador, como dica aos hóspedes cuidado ao contratar a suíte popular, pois me arrependi, não pelo fato de ser ventilador, mas não tinha noção do calor insuportável que faz na região, Em São Paulo por exemplo é possível dormir com o ventilador tranqüilamente, mas no Guarujá é impossível, além do ventilador ser bem barulhento. Para a suíte popular o Estacionamento é em frente ao hotel e não na parte de dentro como imaginanava.

Boa hospedagem
Check-in e check-out ágeis. Quarto limpo e hotel bem localizado. Por se tratar de estadia em quarto econômico, o mesmo cumpre com o seu propósito. WiFi apresentou problema de conexão no primeiro dia, mas depois se estabilizou. Gostaria de deixar como sugestão a instalação de box no banheiro para evitar acúmulo de água ou disponibilizar rodo para escorrer a água após o banho. Ao lado da porta de entrada, poderia existir ganchos ou uma haste de cabide para pendurar roupas.

Falta de Ética
Não consegui usar a Reserva pois o Hotel me informou que Hoteis.com, haviam cancelado minha reserva. Cheguei no Hotel uma distância a mais de 250 Km da minha casa, tive que pagar pedágio, combustível e o carro alugado para poder desfrutar deste final de semana. Porém ao chegar no Consulado Praia Hotel o Gerente informou-me que havia perdido minha reserva, pois o Hoteis.com haviam cancelado minha estadia. Resumo sai no prejuízo e tenho que ainda ver se Hotel não irá me descontar.
