"The room was as advertised, location is amazing, staff was kind and curtious and the only issue I had was with the WiFi. It was perfect in every other way."

The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. "Never again, visited for the weekend. Disappointed, if you are looking for food options, the breakfast buffet was lame. They had Colombian rice with beans , soup, and potatoes, breads, fruits, but rice and beans at a Hotel Called The Brown??? For breakfast??? Not only that but 80% of the people eating were with guest bracelets and were locals which were young men with women that had fake butts. The staff not very friendly typically and not on top of the guest as you would think in a place like they describe. Save your money and time and go to Sofitel Baru. "

Though the room didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator, the coffee bar downstairs made good coffee and lattes, and my wife loved the hour massage on site--a paid option from their spa."

"Very difficult to enter. Address is incorrect on ALL advertising. Front door AND back door is locked after a certain time in the evening (we were stuck inside for more than an hour until someone finally came). Won't stay there again."
