This is an OK hotel, which is conveniently located in Zona 10. The property does not look like the photos; everything is on cheap side, from the building to breakfast to the shampoo. We were only given one towel. There is a bar downstairs that blasts music until late at night. Importantly, I confused my room with another and was able to unlock another person’s room with my key. That fact was compounded with an out of service safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Tuve una terrible experiencia en este hotel, la habitación que me dieron tenía un olor químico muy fuerte, no era posible dormir en la habitación, lamentablemente llegué en la noche al hotel y tuve que dormir esa noche. Al día siguiente cuando regresé pedí que me cambiaran de habitación por ese problema que tenían ellos en el cuarto, del olor químico; sin embargo, su respuesta fue que no tenían otra habitación y el encargado ni siquiera fue a revisar lo que les decía, al parece ya conocían el problema de esa habitación. Lo cual se confirmó, porque inmediatamente me ofrecieron devolverme la mitad del costo de una noche, porque ellos ya sabían que tenían la culpa. Pésimo servicios y voy a presentar el reclamo a expedia por toda la noche.
