Terrace and enclosed garden of 70 m² facing southwest. Private parking on the property, parking possibility in front of the gîte.
Ground floor: beautiful fitted kitchen open to cozy living room/living room, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate WC.
Floor: 2 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x190 beds).
