"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

Couldn’t actually get into our room as the door handle was missing (photo) We were shocked that Hotels.com were even affiliated with this DUMP! hotels.com did respond to us properly attempting to mitigate some of the issues but were unable to even get a reply either. We didn’t end up staying and were given an apology and a coupon from hotels.com"
