• Pets are allowed. Up to 2 small dogs only (20 lbs.). A minimum pet fee of $100 applies for up to 4 nights per pet. After the 4th night, the fee is $25 per night per pet.

• Please note that guests do not have access to the mailbox. If you plan to ship items to the property, only UPS and FedEx deliveries are allowed.
• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
• To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to eight guests. For each additional guest beyond the sixth, there will be an extra guest fee of $20 per night. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.
• PLEASE SETTLE YOUR PET FEES BEFORE ARRIVAL. We do not allow unregistered pets and unpaid pet fees into the property
• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews
• Quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am
• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell
• Items left Behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary
• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7
