House of 110 m2 completely renovated and very comfortable located in Gujan Mestras, the city of seven ports, on the edge of the Arcachon basin on a closed ground of 500 m².

This one is composed of a kitchen, living room and dining room air-conditioned, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and two toilets as well as a laundry room.
All the equipment of the house is recent and of quality.

Avons passe de bonnes vacances...nombreux points d'intérêts...nombreux sites a visiter...diverses activites faites...marche...velo....visite ...bateau..dégustation...thalassothérapie...parc ornithologique....
Photo manquante de l'accès principal du gite...gros choc a la vue de l'entrée de la propriété....impression de negligence...proprete a l'intérieur du gite tres tres douteuse a notre arrivee...

Maison bien agencée et confortable.
Parking pour une seule voiture non précisé dans l'annonce (heureusement, nous n'en avions qu'une).
Petit couac à l'arrivée et au départ mais propriétaire très réactif, merci à lui.

Déception
L'annonce et les photos ne sont pas en phase avec la réalité. Nous ne sommes restés que 4 jours sur les 15 jours. Cours commune devant la maison non précisée dans l'annonce. Entre les photos et la réalité, il s'est passé des années. C'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus et quittons une location au bout de 4 jours. Hôte premium ?
