"Overall this house was very comfortable for our family’s stay over the Christmas holidays. A little touch up paint is needed and a few more dishcloths and towels would have been nice along with a potatoe masher and spatulas. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the area and were happy with the amount of space we had. But the foot traffic overhead was quite loud. The igloo outside looked fun, but it was too dirty to use. There were clothes left behind from prior guests and a lot of dust under the beds. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Everything worked well and the rest of the place was clean. "

"We went to visit a family member who lives in Victoria and this location is close enough to the city yet far enough to retreat.It's a lovely fully equipped basement suite below the owner's residence which was handy if we needed local information but we didnt see them otherwise having the time to ourselves to be a family and decompress. "We met for a family gathering in Victoria. Location of this house was great: 5 minutes from one house and 10 minutes from the other that we were visiting. Property was as described and nice and roomy. Well equipped and host very responsive. Only drawback was the noise level in the basement when others were moving around on main floor. Overall we would book this home again. "

We thought that our tub hadn't been cleaned because the sediment from the salt springs left muddy patches and there was a spinder who had built a web. We missed our first day with the tub until we found out that this was normal. When we tried the next day the hot water didn't last long enough to fill the tub while maintaining heat.
