The First floor main living space in this charming Beach House has been professionally decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings, and Modern chic décor. There is large comfortable seating and a large smart HDTV. Just off the main living area is a spacious deck with a beautiful view of the lagoon & pool and a Dining set with plenty of seating so you can have a family meal outside while watching the sunset. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6 and bar seating areas. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware so you can make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Behind the Kitchen is a full bathroom for your guests to enjoy and the Master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a luxurious shower.

Upstairs are the 3 guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have wall-mounted smart HDTVs and bathroom access. One bedroom has a private bedroom with a full bathroom and while the other 2 guest rooms share a Full bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to the deck overlooking the lagoon again.
The washer and Dryer are also located on the second-floor hallway.

The Pool area has 4 pool lounge chairs and top patio has 4 adirondack chairs for seating and to enjoy all year round amazing sunset views. Main floor patio has dining table for 6 and also 2 additional adirondack chairs and end table. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for reservations staying between September 1 - June 1. If pool heat is desired, the pool can be heated to 82-87 degrees for a fee of $75/night. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temp stays 80-90 degrees.

There is an outdoor shower area you can clean off sand after a day at the beach and you can cool off again in the pool for more fun !
At night, LED string lights will illuminate the patios for better ambiance and an Outdoor BBQ grill is also available so you can cook your favorite grills throughout your stay.

Ground-level provides ample parking spaces under the first-floor main level. It also has an outside storage unit that houses beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, ice coolers, and pool toys so that you don't have to bring any bulk items to fully enjoy the beach experience.

House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center.

We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

If you need a pack 'n play or high chair during your stay, please let us know ahead of time and we will have these items waiting on you when you arrive. Also, please know that product liability and product usage is your responsibility.

During Hangout Fest rental week (May 19-21); refundable security deposit of 2500 is mandatory.

Guests must have at least a 4 star rating for all prior stays to book the home.

A great weekend away!!
Very nice and clean home with everything you could need! Close to the beach and to the bay. The pool is very small and looks larger on the listing. The pool lights need a switch you can turn on and off on your own without having to ask the owners to turn them on. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a great weekend staying in this house! The location is very quiet and tucked away in a perfect spot. Great views and close to just about everything we wanted to do! We played at 3 golf courses during our stay (one club,Kiva Dunes, and craft farms) and it was just a quick drive to either of the three. Thank y’all for having us and being accommodating.

Walked in to a very dirty house
It looked like they started cleaning and suddenly ran out. We contacted the managers and they said the cleaners would come back out and take care of it. That was at 4pm. The cleaner, yes just one lady, finished after 8pm. We couldn’t get in the house until then. The reason this rating is so low.. the cleaners made the bed perfectly as though it was clean. We unfolded the covers and there was dirt and rubber bands and hair all in the sheets. It was disgusting. We also took the trash out because all 4 cans were full to the top. I almost lost it went a colony of maggots were under the cans. The pool was also dirty, low on water so we filled it up. There was absolutely zero chlorine in it. We contacted them about that and they sent the pool guy out. We didn’t have access to the pool lights for nighttime. Lamps didn’t have bulbs. A pair of dirty socks left in the closet and a white pill of some sort was left on the floor by the bed. It’s a gorgeous home but not very well managed. They did offer to refund $250. Not sure if that happened. That does not even cover the cleaning fee or come close to compensating the four plus hours we sat outside waiting for the cleaner to finish. I will not rent from them again.

Very clean modern home. Nice host
5 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog, and plenty of room to spare. Loved the porches and pool. Very good AC system that kept up during super hot days. Would definitely stay again. Jia is a very responsive host.

Perfect Getaway!
The house is perfectly placed! Walking distance to beach and has 2 wagons to take chairs, coolers, etc. house was clean and well-appointed. Host was very attentive!! Highly recommend!! (Oh and beds were comfy too!)

The kitchen was not well stocked for a 10 person family. However the property manager did check in and did send us a large skillet which I requested. There were only 2 small-med skillets which is fine for a smaller group.

Comfort in Gulf Shores
The property was wonderful and just as the pictures listed on the site. Very clean, comfortable and great location for us and our 2 dogs to walk everyday. Lovely sunsets and a lovely quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach for any beach lovers. We can't wait to come again and will stay at this location.

This is probably the best place we've stayed in years (and we travel a lot). Better than staying at a Resort! The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plating, cookware, and utensils. The beds were super comfortable. The decor was bright and relaxing. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Nice walking trail. Close to the Beach. And the host was ultra responsive and stayed in touch daily from booking all the way through checkout. Jia was awesome! We'd definitely stay her again!

Saved our family trip!
We were booked to stay at another VRBO in Gulf Shores from 12/24 - 12/31. Unfortunately the winter storm was going through and OTHER property where we were supposed to stay had frozen pipes and the heat wasn’t working. My parents had just arrived in town and we were an hour away. Added on that we were driving from Texas and my parents from Florida, meeting in Gulf Shores so we could be together for the holidays. I messaged Jia at 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve, when my parents arrived at the OTHER property and realized the heat was out and pipes were frozen. Jia answered my VRBO message immediately, accepted our booking, and allowed us to check-in right away. She literally saved our family vacation. The home is beautiful and practically brand new. Everything was well equipped including all the kitchen supplies, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper etc. The location is fantastic right on a marsh with excellent views morning, noon, and night. There’s a lovely picturesque walking trail at the end of the street and the beach is literally 2 blocks away, a 3 minute walk. We are so happy that our vacation worked out thanks to Jia and we had a fantastic time.

A wonderful week!
This was our first time ever staying in a rental property on our vacation and because of our experience with this property it won’t be our last. Jia was pure pleasure to work with. You couldn’t ask for someone to be more prompt in responding to our questions and needs. This house was as comfortable as being in your own home. Every morning we had our coffee out on the deck and every evening we were out there enjoying the magnificent sunsets. Having a built in heated pool was also one of the best amenities. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and beautiful to walk around in especially along the lagoon side. Schedule your next vacation here, you won’t be disappointed in any way.

Perfect Family Vacation
Highly Recommend! This trip was so fun and relaxing. I traveled with my husband, older parents, and a small dog. The house accommodated us perfectly. The house has 2 masters, one on each floor. This allowed us to have our own spaces. The home is beautifully decorated and our host was highly interactive by email and made herself available for questions and suggestions if needed. We were able to fish off the pier and walk to the beach. The area is safe and conveniently located to all stores and restaurants by car. My husband was able to golf and we hired a charter boat to fish all within minutes from the house. The home was clean and had everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart, and a grill for your use. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip.
