LIVING AREA

Curl up on two queen-size sleeper sofas or plush armchairs around the 44” flat-screen TV. Slide open the glass doors to enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze from the balcony.

KITCHEN & DINING

Get cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with gleaming granite countertops and a suite of stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, share meals at the elegant dining table for six, or perch at the breakfast bar for five. A convenient wet bar is equipped with a sink and a mini-fridge.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps 10 guests between the three bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room.

The tranquil primary bedroom is furnished with an inviting king bed and a 32” TV. Enjoy direct access to the balcony. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, an oversized jetted tub, and a separate water closet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a TV with a DVD player. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom features a king bed and a 32” TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A private 30’ balcony boasts stunning views of the sparkling Gulf. When evening falls, lounge on the four Adirondack chairs and enjoy a sunset libation.

Spend leisurely afternoons at the all-season heated pool, complete with a retractable roof, an expansive sundeck, and a hot tub. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center, solarium, sauna, and barbeque grills.

Unassigned parking for two vehicles is available in the parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

This third-floor condo is accessed via an elevator.

Great stay!
Everything was exactly as described! Great location and very short walk to the beach! The only complaint I have is there are only two elevators and they can become quite busy during check in and check out days!

Great location
First time at Gulf Shores and this building is a great location. Walking distance to the pier in one direction and less than a mile to the Hangout in the other direction. Construction meant limited parking which was kind of a pain. The slider door in the living room was basically unusable so people would have to wait for the person in the master bedroom to wake up to sit outside. Our last night we had a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms soaking all the laundry we had completed and packed up. That was our only big issue - up to that point everything was just great. Contacted the property management number to report it but nothing to be done until morning as it was about midnight.
