Love this place!
This was our second time at this resort. Great pools and easy access to the beach. Owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Condo had all items needed during stay. Overall, an excellent experience 😊

We have stayed all over the area and really liked this spot and the accommodations. The only hangup we had was that on check in we realized that we didn't have the room # on the receipt, and we thought that our parking was included. So we had to go thru the first security check in a couple extra times to get that sorted...not ideal after 16 hrs of driving, but not the end of the world either.

Overall good time but housekeeping an issue
We stayed a week, check in was a bit of a challenge. We were sent the wrong information (a completely different resort) initially but they were quick to resolve the issue. Getting into the room was a challenge(some was user error). We were 2 hours late getting into the condo due to condo was not ready for us at check in, which was between 4-5, and the problems with the keypad entry. Someone came out to get us in. The keypad continued to be difficult for most of the week but we always managed to get in after a couple of attempts each time it presented an issue. Upon immediate entry to the condo, I am standing facing a door to the utility closet that has an extremely thick accumulation of dust from top to bottom, which I immediately pointed out to the management employee. She chose not to make a walk through to inspect the condo but simply stated she would have housekeeping come out in the morning and left quickly. The condo was very dirty. This is a housekeeping issue. Horrible amounts of thick accumulated dust on doors and cabinets, dirty dishes, dirty cupboards, mildew on multiple ac vents, sand in the sheets and on the bed to the point I questioned if they had been changed, toilets dirty under the lids. We did a quick wipe down of the kitchen and bathrooms that night. All dishes used had to be washed before we could use them. Some of the furniture had changed/was not usable. 2 dining chairs had legs that were almost off and were unsafe for use.

The condo was perfect! It had everything that we needed. The resort was perfect! We loved all of the pools and the amenities such as tennis and sand volleyball were a hit! The view was great and the easy walk to such a beautiful beach made this stay just what we all needed!

Great place!
This was a great place for our family vacation. I worried after reading reviews that it would be small, but our family of 6 fit comfortably. The living area is small but not too small to enjoy. My only complaint is parking- while I was aware I would have to purchase a pass, I did not know it would be $45 for a week. We had 2 cars so we were out $90 just to park, and that is not small change for our vacation funds. The location is great, beaches aren't as crowded but it is close enough to everything in town.

We just had a wonderful time! It exceeded our expectations! Soo close to the beyond beautiful beach and awesome, large pool! We enjoyed playing tennis and basketball too. We have 5 kids so it’s hard to find a place that accommodates all of us— no more looking it easily fit us all! We will be back!

Good little condo
The condo is in a nice little area close to the beach. It was a little smaller than it look in pictures but worked well. The dishwasher needed its filter cleaned because the dishes werent getting cleaned. The coffee pot lid latch was broke so it fell off every time you poured coffee and the utensil jar was broken.

The unit was nice, convenient walking distance to beach, and nice view. Ceiling fans and underneath everything could use a good cleaning though. Constant internet connection problems with the TVs. Magnetic shower head in main bathroom fell down and hit/broke the 2 faucet knobs. I reported the incident Wednesday morning when they opened and when we left Saturday they still were not fixed. So it was kinda hectic and tedious for there to be only one shower for 9 people. Otherwise, I would have rated 4 stars.

Weekend stay
Very clean and very pretty condo. The view was great and location to beach and pools was perfect. We didn’t know there wasn’t an exercise room included which we would need our next visit. Big negative was the broken couch with painful springs to sit on so we couldn’t hang out and relax in the living room. But overall it was a great place and we will come back.

The check-in process was smooth. The property was just as described and so clean! The beds were comfortable and the location was amazing! We loved having multiple pools and the indoor pool was awesome! We were quite literally steps away from the beach. This was a great, relaxing vacation rental and we would definitely stay here again!

Less than expected
Well to start out we found a loaded gun in the bedside drawer left by previous renters. Obvious no one checked the property for left items during the cleaning process. Glad a small child wasn’t the one who found this! The housekeeping service must have used straight bleach to clean the kitchen…ruined both my clothes and my husbands before we realized what was going on. The food we had placed in the refrigerator was covered with bleach. However, the rest of the place was covered in dust. Loved that there were some games to play in the unit. However, it is such a cramped space you can’t sit around the table. We had 5 people in our party and it was a tight fit. Plenty of beds but no space for meals or hanging out in unit. Only one hot tub on site working. Indoor pool was closed one day. Outdoor pools were pretty cool, but the kids made the best of it. The things we really liked were the beach access, volleyball court. I wish we would have know you can check out equipment from the front building before we went and bought it all. Just FYI for anyone renting…bring coffee filters…there is not a store in the area that has any on stock.

Beautiful location and property
Overall we had a great stay. We did have some maintenance issues but they were fixed in a timely manner. The temperature setting that the room was required to be kept at was ridiculously hot but overall the property was nice. The beds were comfortable and the prices were fair.

The condo was in a great location. Easy to get to pools and beach. Much smaller than it looks in the photos. The cleaning was my biggest concern. There was sand everywhere and all over the pull out couch. The towels had hair on them, dust on the walls and it smells bad. I sent a message but no one contacted me which is disappointing.

The condo is great! We had ten people stay and it was tight but still great! One thing to note, you can only have two cars per unit and you have to pay for parking. Outside of those two things, we had a great time!
