This bay home offers a two-story layout with two screened porches on each level, two kitchens, two living areas, and two master bedrooms on the top level, providing unparalleled views of Mobile Bay.

This newly constructed home on Mobile Bay showcases impressive interior features, including two spacious living rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two queen sleeper sofas, accommodating a total of 11 beds.
This bay home offers 2 story, with 2 screened porches on both levels, with 2 Master Bedrooms on top level for amazing views overlooking Mobile Bay. Has outdoor shower when you come back for enjoying the Gulf of Mexico white beautiful beaches across highway 180 with a public access, only minutes away.

Furthermore, the property offers ample parking on its expansive 2.5-acre lot with 100 feet of water frontage.

Please note that a minimum age requirement of 25 is enforced. Also we are only able to accept bookings from guests with a completed profile and previous good reviews.

This home will rent on a strict Sunday to Sunday basis during the summer months of 2024. There is a refundable security deposit of $1000.00 that will be due with the rental of this property.
