This beachfront property sits just over half a mile west of Highway 59 and the heart of Gulf Shores, allowing you to visit The Hangout, Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf with ease. Gulf State Park is less than two miles east, where you can ride bikes, take long walks, or launch your kayak for a morning paddle. Seven miles northeast is The Wharf in Orange Beach - a beloved one-stop spot for shopping, movies, entertainment, and dining at restaurants that include STKBurger, The Sandshaker, and The Blind Tiger. When you're not enjoying the beach or exploring area attractions, enjoy sun-soaked leisure in the sparkling on-site pool!

Perfect for what my family wanted.
It was close to the beach and it wasn’t crowded. Close to good food. Just what we needed.

Great location
Air conditioner is not cool enough during the day but does ok at night. 2 big Bath rooms upstairs does not have good water pressure but we loved the location and nice pool. Very quite at night. Sofa mattress needs replaced.

Great Location
Great location, close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Needs some updates but it’s a Roof. Too much money for the condition of this unit. The pics are much better than the actual unit. Beware!!!

Great Location but Poor Upkeep!
This property is not being properly maintained. Missing kitchen cabinet door, empty air wicks throughout the condo (throw them away!), damage to wall, broken/inadequate window shades, burned-out light bulbs, loose bathroom faucet with little water flow, and a filthy a/c filter. We know the filter was dirty because a repairman had to come out and figure why the a/c wasn't cooling the condo. His professional opinion was the dirty fiilter contributed to the problem along with a locked setting of 78 degrees, which he unlocked. If you aren't changing something simple like an air filter, what else aren't you doing. The owner needs to fire their mgmt. company. And I noticed a review two months ago about the a/c so the property is not being maintained.

Too hot
Overall I would not stay at this listing again and would not recommend you to. The place needs some repairs but all this could be overlooked in light of how great the beach access is. The thing that can’t is the air conditioner is set by the owner with a limit of 72 degrees at any time of the day/night. This made for sweaty, sleepless nights, especially since we have young kids that end up in the bed with us. We slept with just a sheet and fans on high. Bring a fan if you have one. The property manager (Vacasa) is great. Responds to text/concerns at all hours of the day/ night. Door access/checkin was so easy. Small bars of soap, small shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper limited towels, small bottle of dish detergent, 1 dishwasher tablets, 2 clothes packs, 1 dish towel, 1 sponge are all made available. There is a 5 cup coffee pot and toaster. Microwave, oven, full size fridge all work well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, can opener, potato peeler, etc. 3 tvs although not smart. The king bathroom is outdated and needs repairs on the sink and shower but functional. The pool and beach access are both great!

So So
Positives: - The location is incredible. So close to the beach, restaurants, shops. - I like that the parking is covered by the unit. - Nice pool- goes to 9 feet deep. - Ceiling fan and box fan in the master bedroom. - The AC went out on Sunday morning (we didn’t realize until late in the afternoon after getting back from the beach). By Monday afternoon, Vacasa sent someone to fix it. Temperature was back to normal by Monday evening. Negatives: - No privacy- especially at night. The master bedroom has broken panel blinds. Two of the four panels were gone. The second bedroom had no blinds or drapes at all. - The unit is in need of a serious deep clean. Dust on the door panels, dirty grout in the bathrooms, dirty mirrors, cosmetic issues in the ceiling under the hall bathroom. - The stairs are dangerous. Never experienced stairs like them before. The fronts of each step are taller than the actual flat step. Difficult to explain but needed to be extra careful on them. - If you’re a coffee drinker, bring your own coffee filters. We brought our own coffee but didn’t think we needed filters. It would have been nice if they had them. - I could only find one kitchen towel.
