CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The unit has everything you need. We especially liked the decor, firm mattresses and the balcony furniture. Also the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Some of the appliances could use some updating (the ice maker was really loud) and the water temperature wouldn’t get hot enough (I like it hot) for showers but overall, the unit is great.

We stay in Vrbo condos anywhere from perfidious key to gulf shores. This particular unit set a new benchmark for us, as it was very nice and tastefully done, in great shape and the kitchen was off the charts as far as stocked with all you need! Quality furniture on deck.

Loved everything about the location and unit. The property was kept very clean including the elevator being cleaned each day with mopped and vacuumed floors. Property was perfect and exactly as it showed in the pictures! Perfect location right on the beach. The balcony wrapped around the corner of the building so we could see the inlet too! The checkin process was confusing to me. We’ve never stayed at a condo before so I was confused. Thought I had to go to the lobby to check in, but it was closed. Had to contact the people for the condo to understand to go to the room. The whole condo was beautiful and so nice!! We loved it and will gladly go back!
