Great location
Went with Family and friends for the shrimp fest. It was in a great location for that. House could use a few updates but overall was a great place to stay. They need to fix the back door going out to the deck. It doesn’t open all the way. Otherwise it was perfect.

The good the bad and the ugly
An honest & detailed review from a family of 10. THE GOOD: the location was perfect. The view was amazing. Parking was covered and perfect for 2 vehicles. Even though the house is a duplex, we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. the house had its own stand alone ice maker. THE BAD: this house is B.Y.O.E. - bring your own EVERYTHING. want more than two trash bags and two dishwasher tabs when staying a week? You gotta bring it. Want more than two small rolls of TP in each bathroom for 10 people? You gotta supply it. The only “extras” the kitchen has is basic salt and pepper. Don’t rely on the pull out couch in the living room as a bed- It was HORRIBLE. And the couch itself was sunken in. The double bunk bed room was a bit unsafe; the railing for the top bunk was very loose. Lights would randomly flicker in the house. the back door to the deck only opens half way. THE UGLY: the house really needs some TLC. We don’t usually knit pick on this kind of stuff…but there are a few things that raised concerns. In several spots on the upper level, the ceiling paint is peeling and has mildew (or ???) around it. The day we arrived we had to call to have a repair man out to fixed several things (bathroom lights were not working in one bathroom, vent fan in one guest bathroom was out and was barely working in another, laundry room light was out) they did come out the next day to fix those things. The house did not quite live up to our expectations for the price

No Microwave
Got to location found out Microwave was not working. Communicated with number given to me. They were respectful and issued a ticket. For 5 days I communicated but never got the issue resolved, I probably should have gone to Walmart and bought a 70 dollar microwave but I was under the impression this would be taken care of. I was wrong. So I gave up. I will probably not use this company again for rental because what if it had been wifi , air conditioning , power water or something critical? Would the response had been the same?

Great views and great location!
The property was exactly like in the pictures and the view was amazing! We enjoyed looking for shells and relaxing on the beach. The house was perfect for us, 8 adults, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. The location of the house was very convenient with both restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for your vacation!

The house was older than I thought it was. There were ants and gnats. The couches need to be replaced, they were very uncomfortable. There were nails coming up on deck. The ceiling had stuff on them and drapes were dirty on the inside. One bedroom has holes in the walls.

Beautiful house with great view
The house is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the convenience to all restaurants and shopping. The beach was also beautiful from the porch. There were 6 adults and 4 kids (10, 12, 12, 12). Plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved sleeping in the bunks in their own room while the adults enjoyed their own bedrooms as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location but poor guest service
If the most important aspect of your vacation is the location ( gorgeous beach views from lower and upper porches) and very nice sized rooms, you will love this property. However if the following is important: poor guest service despite multiple requests for assistance over multiple days, safety (crumbling bathroom ceiling), trash left from previous guests, poor wifi for half of the week, cable tv only in the living room and a dilapidated gas grill you may want to reconsider.

Best Girl Trip!
The house was awesome. Plenty of room to spread out. Short walk to the water and easy to Uber to dinner. We were there the same weekend as the hang out festival and didn’t even hear it.

Nice Beach House!

Great location but needs updating
The property is in desperate need of updates and renovations. The ceiling is falling down upstairs by bathroom and there is a terrible leak under kitchen sink. Ceiling an was dirty but someone came and cleaned it very quickly when I reported it. The pictures online are somewhat deceptive because they don't show that you are sharing a deck with tenants next door, so there's not as much privacy as we would have liked.

Imagine my surprise, arriving at our spot for girls week and it was dirty, outdated and in need of remodeling. In spite of having to clean as we went, our view and overall trip was wonderful. I trusted VRBO to be upfront and I feel like the price did not reflect how much this place needs repairs!

Perfect beach access
The easy access to the beach was perfect for our all-ages group! Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are good size. The covered deck had plenty of space to store all the beach towels/chairs/toys we brought. The place could use a deep clean and work on the inevitable mold. Please replace the sofabed; it was unusable. Overall, our family had a great stay!
